How much does it cost to clean my list?

It depends on how many records you have and which checks you choose, so we don’t publish a rate card that might not match your file. Upload your list and you’ll see the exact price for your actual record count, check by check, before you pay anything. You can switch checks on and off and watch the total change.

Do I need an account?

No. A Quick Clean needs only a file, an email address for your results and a card. A free account is worth it if you clean lists regularly: you can hold credits for each check, use credits and card together, and see every past clean in one place.

Can you check mobile numbers outside the UK?

Yes. An HLR lookup works on mobiles anywhere in the world, at the same price as a UK number. When you choose your checks, tell us which country the numbers are from and we add the dialling code to any number that doesn’t already have one; numbers that already start with a country code (+1, 0061 and so on) are used exactly as they are, so a mixed international file is fine.

MPS and landline validation are UK-only services, so those checks only apply to UK numbers and addresses.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV or any Excel file (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb or .ods), up to 45MB per file. Long numbers come through in full, even if Excel shows them as 9.93E+11. Your columns can be in any order and can include anything else (names, addresses, notes, IDs). We detect the phone, email and address columns, and you can change our choice before paying.

What will my results file look like?

It’s your original file with every row and column intact, plus a column for each result (for example “Mobile Live”, “Network”, “Email Quality”) and a final “Recommendation” column in plain English, such as “OK to contact”, “Dead mobile” or “Bad email”.

How long does a clean take?

Most files finish within minutes. Larger files are processed in the background, so you can close the page and we’ll email you a download link when it’s done.

What happens to my data afterwards?

Your file is used only to run the checks you chose. It is never sold, shared or added to another database. Uploads and results are deleted automatically 30 days after your clean.

Which numbers should I run HLR and landline checks on?

HLR works on mobile numbers: it asks the network whether the phone is live. Landline validation is designed for fixed lines. If your file mixes both in one column, run both checks; each row’s result tells you what it found.

Do you charge for blank rows?

No. We only charge for rows that actually contain a value for that check. A row with no email address isn’t counted for email validation, for example.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Every card payment generates a Stripe receipt and invoice, emailed to the address used at checkout.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you use them, and each check has its own balance.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. If you clean large volumes regularly, get in touch and we can set a custom rate on your account, which applies automatically wherever you pay or buy credits.

What’s really in your list?

Upload it and see a firm price in under a minute. You only pay if you go ahead.
