Every check, explained.

What each check does, what it adds to your file and when to use it. Choose any combination on a single upload.

TPS / CTPS screening

Every number checked against the Telephone and Corporate Telephone Preference Service registers.

Calling a TPS or CTPS registered number for marketing without consent breaches PECR. We check each number against both registers and flag it before your team dials.

HLR mobile validation

A live network lookup that shows whether a mobile is connected and which network it is on.

An HLR lookup asks the mobile network itself whether a number is live. It separates real, reachable mobiles from disconnected ones before they eat dialler time or SMS spend.

Landline validation

Finds disconnected UK landlines so agents stop ringing dead lines.

Landlines can’t be HLR-checked, so this uses a dedicated line-status test to find numbers that are no longer in service.

MNP (ported number) lookup

Shows the network a mobile belongs to today, including numbers that have been ported.

People switch networks and keep their number, so the prefix no longer tells you the network. MNP tells you the current network, which matters for SMS routing, least-cost dialling and network-specific campaigns.

Email validation

Syntax, domain and mailbox checks, plus disposable, role and catch-all detection.

Bounces damage sender reputation. Each address is graded for deliverability, with disposable, role-based (info@, sales@) and catch-all domains flagged so you decide what to keep.

MPS screening

Matches name and address against the Mailing Preference Service before you post.

People on the MPS have asked not to receive unsolicited direct mail. Screening name and address together before a mailing protects the campaign and your reputation.

PAF address validation

Checks addresses against Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File.

Confirms an address exists as written and returns it in a standard format, so post arrives and records de-duplicate cleanly.

Bulk SMS

Send a text to the numbers in your file from an approved sender name.

Upload a list, write your message and send it from an approved sender ID. Priced per message segment, with a message ID for every text in your results file. For the best delivery rate, run an HLR clean first and send to the cleaned file.
