Terms of service

Last updated 17 September 2026.

These terms apply between you and GETYA MARKETING MANAGEMENT FZCO when you use cleanmydatabase.com (the “Service”). By uploading a file, buying credits or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The Service

We check the contact data you upload against the services you select and return a results file. Results reflect the information available from third-party registers and networks at the time of the check. Registers change constantly, so results are a point-in-time snapshot.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Prices and payment

The price for a clean is shown before you pay and is based on the number of records containing a value for each selected check. SMS is charged per message segment. Payments are taken by Stripe. Credits are tied to one check type, are non-transferable and do not expire. Custom rates agreed with us apply automatically to your account.

4. Refunds

Because checks are carried out as soon as payment is confirmed, cleans can’t be cancelled once started. If a technical fault on our side prevents a clean from completing, we will re-run it or refund the affected portion. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

5. Accuracy and liability

We take care to process your data correctly, but we rely on third-party data sources and can’t guarantee every result is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any clean is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or regulatory penalties arising from your own contact activity.

6. Data protection

For uploaded lists we act as your processor, as described in our privacy notice. Files and results are deleted 30 days after processing.

7. Accounts

Keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

These terms are a template provided with the website. Have them reviewed by a legal adviser before launch.
